潍坊永安科技有限公司成立于2002年6月,是一家以海水为原料,利用化学法生产镁盐的民营化工企业,注册资本1000万元,公司占地38000平方米,总资产3200多万元。主要产品有氢氧化镁,碳酸镁,氧化镁,年产能力5000吨,企业信用良好,先后被省厅评为“山东省优秀民营科技企业”,“山东省诚信单位”,2012年,又被评为省级“守合同,重信用企业”,并通过ISO9001:2008认证。

 

公司坚持以科技为先导,以质量求生存,以信誉求发展的经营方针,在不断加大资金和科研投入的同时,先后与河北科技大学、中国无机盐研究所等高等院校及科研院所建立了密切的合作关系,不断提高了产品质量和科技含量。目前公司生产研制开发的产品有阻燃级氢氧化镁、药典级氢氧化镁、高活性氧化镁、硅钢级氧化镁、药典级碳酸镁等十几种系列产品。尤其是公司生产的阻燃级氢氧化镁、高活性氧化镁、药典级碳酸镁的产品性能和指标达到了国际同类产品的先进水平。

 

原材料简介:
中国镁矿资源极其丰富,而镁盐工业技术及产品处于粗犷生产阶段,与国外发展相距甚远,根本无法满足目前中国原料工业发展的要求。寿光沿海有取之不尽、用之不竭的盐卤水资源,根据有关资料地下卤水资源储量约有30多亿立方。本工艺是从盐卤水中,加入专用氧化除杂剂去除钙、硼、铁等杂质,用沉淀剂在一定温度下进行复分解反应使镁盐沉淀,过滤清液回收,滤饼干燥得高纯氢氧化镁.氧化镁,或碳酸镁。

 

生产及产品简介:
针对镁盐产品生产现状,以及我们丰富的镁盐矿藏,采用化学湿法一次性提纯99%氧化镁和氢氧化镁,特别是高活性氧化镁,是对我国目前生产轻质氧化镁传统工艺的突破。化学湿法生产活性氧化镁,提纯率高、低成本、效率高、污染低、是一种国际领先的创新工艺。目前,我们选用的是储量丰富的盐卤水资源。盐卤水综合利用是我公司开发的一项具有国际先进水准的新技术,其工艺独特,产品系列化,而且质量指标极高,在国内国际市场有很强的竞争力,尤其是在环保方面,有着难以估量的前景。本工艺改变了我国氧化镁只能生产初级产品的状况。由于工艺技术先进、科学、生产过程不产生“三废”,符合环保要求,有利于提高精细化工的发展,提高社会经济效益。

Raw Materials
 China is a country with rich mineral resources of magnesium but the magnesium production has been only reached to an entry level.The industry can only conduct primary process to produce low end products.Therefore,it has lost great opportunities and failed to take its advantage of abundant natural resources. One of the missions that Weifang Yongan Science ∮Technology Co.,Ltd.has set forth is to changethis dilemma and make the rich resources of magnesium mineral work more efficient for its people.
 For this purpose,we found Shouguang one of the areas where magnesium minerals have been proved to be of great content in brine water. It is estimated that there is more than three billion cubic meters of brine water underground in Shouguang . Base on this discovery,our company decided to build and erect the plant in this area so as to take the advantage of its natural resources for the best products in the world .

Production and Products
 Realizing the application of magnesia chemical materials in various industries in the word and the abounding mineral deposits of magnesium salt in the location of our plant, the research and development team of our company has innovated the technology of “Wet Methods”purifying process. This technology has brought us the magic that enables us not only to produce highly purified light magnesium hydroxide but also to produce the light magnesium hydroxide with high activity.As a matter of fact ,the purity and activity can be reached at or over 99% In addition , the technology ,coupled with the local natural raw material resources of brine, enables us to increase the productivity dramatically and cut the production costs significantly. Thanks to the innovation of this technology we are also able to product a series of magnesia products that can be tailored to satisfy the needs of customers from various industrial applications
